Some of these CTA signs survived to the early 70’s. I remember them from when I was a kid. They already seemed quaint and old-timey by that point. And how cool are those door pulls?

True story: I once interviewed for a job at a company in this building. I hated everything about that job and company, yet I still considered taking the offer just so I could work there because LOOK AT IT.
